店名の由来(concept)

　「バナノア（bananoah）」は造語です。

bana(バナは)、バナナのバナ。ノア(noah) はハワイ語で「自由」「正しい道を進むもの」という意味があります。また、noanoa(ノア・ノア)は、タヒチのオマリー語で、香気ある、芳しい、といった意味がある言葉。バナとノアを合わせて、芳しい南国の香りという意味を持たせました。

　地元の人に愛され、登山客の方々なども気軽に立ち寄れる、まちの山小屋を目指します。

　気軽に立ち寄れる場所であると同時に、カフェは日常から離れられる空間であることが大切と考えます。日常から離れ、安らげる空間をご提供いたします。
